The classes will soon take a break until the 7th of September when we will again start weekly classes till the 12th of October.
We will keep deepening the practice of Zhineng Qigong in this next round of classes. The practices will be varied but include the First Form, Level 1, Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down.
The charge will be to cover the cost of the hall and is estimated to around £18-00 for the six classes and is paid in advance.
