We started by making squares reflecting Ayr u3a groups and these have been assembled by Ann into wall hangings. Squares vary from using cross stitch, appliqué, knitting, rag rugging and many more skills.
We have collaborated with Lovely Nutty Knitters and some of us have been making twiddle muffs, twiddle cushions and hat & scarf sets for distribution to care homes in Ayrshire.
We also made over 220 poppies (2022) for Erskine Veterans.
